CynaraTeC

The CynaraTeC project aims the transfer of existing scientific and technological knowledge between entities beneficiaries (CEBAL, IPBeja and UÉvora), with a special focus on the leaf and the flower, in a perspective of technological innovation contribution. Boosting R&D results in solving concrete problems, promoting knowledge and the technological endogenization of the territory, in order to lead to an increase in economic value associated with the production of thistle, which subsequently translates into maximizing the national and regional economy, with a focus on multisectoral, namely in the primary sector (agricultural production), agro-food industry(dairy products and food ingredients), cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
