The SEPSI Laboratory is a research group working in applications in electronic systems, digital signal and image processing, machine learning, high performance computing and instrumentation.

Areas of application where applied research projects were developed are in the fields of IoT, Precision Agriculture, Cheese Production Monitoring, Forest Fires Monitoring, Water Quality Monitoring, etc..

The SEPSI Lab is since 2025 part of LAICA (Integrated Lab for Instrumentation , Control and Adaptation to Environmental Challenges (LAICA) , a component of CREATE, a state funded Research & Development Unit.
