Dr. Martins is currently assistant professor at the Instituto Politécnico de Beja, invited researcher of the Signal Processing Systems Group (SIPS) of the Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores (INESC-ID) and member of the laboratory SEPSI.
